2005 OPEN SHEEP SHOW

1. The books of the Secretary will be open for making entries at her office. Entries must be made by 9:00 p.m. Thursday, June 23 rd . Positively no exceptions. All applications for entries must be made upon printed forms furnished by the Secretary.
2. Stalls for sheep may be reserved at the office of the Secretary at $4.00 per pen. Parties ordering stalls by letter shall name the kind of sheep to be exhibited and the number of stalls needed. The management reserves the right
to allot the stalls after the entries close. No alterations in stalls will be permitted without the permission of the Superintendent.
3. Exhibitors of Purebred Animals must furnish certificate of registry for all animals over 1 year of age. Other satisfactory evidence of breeding animals less than 1 year of age will be accepted.
4. Exhibitors must have their stock in place by 9:00 a.m. on June 24 th , the day of judging.
5. Exhibitors must keep alleyway around their pens clear and free from offal.
6. Each exhibitor must decorate his stalls and exhibit a place card showing the breed of animals exhibited and exhibitor’s name and address.
